Good structure, accessible for wheelchair and people with low mobility, they have elevator. Also offer a heated pool. Really nice breakfast.

We stayed here one night while driving through Italy. The hostess was quite gracious. This facility was new. The room was clean, comfortable, quite, and had a great view. We definitely felt like we were not in a tourist trap. Breakfast was exceptional! More than a typical European continental breakfast. The Italian mountain villa ambience was wonderful. Nearby restaurant choices seemed plentiful and the one we chose was excellent; true local Italian restaurant (Santa Lucia).

The house was great. A nice little supermarket a few minutes away for anything you may need. We used it as a base to explore the region and it met our needs well

The breakfast was very good, from the bakery downstairs i asked for a lactose free breakfast and they left a lactose free milk in the fridge and there were several pastries lactose free.

This amazing accommodation overlooks the sea from a wonderful, private balcony. The host is the best part--warm and attentive. The breakfast both mornings went beyond expectations. There was a safe place to park our car and a restaurant a five minute walk away. Absolutely recommend!
