Set on the east coast of Sicily, Garden Hotel is just 50 metres from the sandy beaches of Taormina. It features a lovely relaxing garden with tables, chairs and sun loungers. Charming family-owned hotel. Very friendly staff, comfy rooms, tasty breakfast. Very good location - close to a bus terminal, beach, etc. I will consider staying here again in the future.

The pots and pans were of good quality unlike some apartments which will provide you with old and ready to be scrapped stuff. The bathroom accessories were really good quality too. Everything was very clean. Really nice coffee provided. Host even provided a small night light. So thoughtful! Detailed information about getting to the apartment, bus schedules and places of interest and food were given. Really nice host. Location is excellent.

Roberto was available if we had any questions or needed suggestions. He also made sure check in was easy. The location is short walk from the main area. The place was clean and the set up was perfect for us. We enjoyed the patio too. Additionally, my friend left her jacket and Roberto has been working with us on the return. Superior service, clean place and great location.

The apartments are spotlessly clean, modern, and fully equipped with everything you need. It felt both luxurious and comfortable. The private pool is a major highlight, especially if you want to skip the crowded public beaches. Since the complex is shared with only 2 or 3 other apartments, the pool was almost always empty, which made it feel even more exclusive. There’s a great bar on-site open from morning until evening, offering reasonably priced drinks. The bartender was incredibly friendly and even treated us to free coffee every morning, which was such a nice touch. The pool was always crystal clear, and we were lucky to have perfect weather throughout our stay. Location-wise, it’s ideal. Just a 1-minute walk across the train tracks via a small underground tunnel and you’re at the beach, restaurants, and shops. There’s also a pizza place just 20 meters away that delivers or allows pickup. We loved enjoying fresh pizza on our balcony. There are plenty of beaches around, both free and paid, along with restaurants and stores to explore. If you’re up for a bit of adventure, there’s a scenic 40-minute hike to Taormina town which offers stunning views as you ascend the mountain trail. A special mention to the owner, who kindly let us stay by the pool and use the changing room until the evening after checkout when we realized our flight was later in the evening. That extra bit of hospitality really stood out. I can’t recommend this place enough and will definitely be coming back soon!

Giuseppe was a wonderful host. He provided lots of great recommendations of things to do (and not do) on our trip. He was so friendly and made the experience seamless from check-in, to booking car valet, to helping us with anything we needed. The property itself is great. Amazing views and it’s on a nice quiet street. There’s some busier areas in town and I think it would have been annoying to stay in one of those busy places. It wasn’t too far of a walk (maybe 5 minutes) from the start of all the restaurants and shopping. Not crazy hilly either although it’s not flat. The walks are beautiful anyhow. Our room had nice AC unit. There were delicious treats in the community kitchen as well that were a great way to start the day.
