Therasia Sea and SPA is set on the peninsula of Vulcanello, with views of the Aeolian Islands. This impressive building in white stone features a modern spa, and a private access to the sea. Amazing property in a magical setting. The staff was dedicated to make sure our stay was as good as it could be. Quality of the food was also of note with 2 Michelin stars in the hotel!

The outdoor patio - comes with a great view of the volcano, I was fascinated watching the gases seeping out of the sides of it. Its covered so keeps you in the shade if its too hot, and shelters you if its raining. The host was an interesting nice character, didn't speak a single word of English, nor us any Italian, but we managed by gestures and phone translations to communicate back and forth.

Location was great. Five minute walk from town. Rooms and beds very comfortable. Patio great for eating and relaxing. Walter went out of his way, when the power went out he brought us extra comforters. Found us in town to give us some Cannolis.
