We stayed for two nights to explore the local area. It was very comfortable and spacious with a modern design. Great view out over the bay towards the sunset, including from the bath. Breakfast and dinner at the associated restaurant excellent. Recommend walk along seafront to Shiroyama Park and beyond and fresh local seafood lunch at Umikara.

We loved this place, we wished we could have stayed longer. It's so peaceful, the view is great, it was what we expected. It was cold when we arrived and we struggled a bit with it as the living-room is huge, but the bedrooms were warm (and comfortable), and from the next morning the house was all warm enough. You get breakfast, the kitchen is very well fitted. If you want to rest with fantastic views, we recommend !

This place was simply put: one of the most relaxing and charming place in our 10+ years traveling through Japan. The house itself is very spacious and build in a playful way. We enjoyed our stay here to the fullest, especially by the super, super friendly staff; who spoke perfect English (❁´◡`❁) and made us feel at home right away. Everything was clean and tidy, not a single point to complain about. The surrounding scenery, takes you to a complete other world compared to other places we visited so far and was amazing to behold. Want to enjoy the amazing sunset? Beautifully decorated old style apartment. A real opportunity to stay in an old fashion house. Very comfortable. Perfectly outfitted.They have several locations in the city. Google maps shows only one house. Have to pick up keys some miles from Obama station--have to take taxi. But I had not read the instructions carefully. The instructions were clear and everything was fine. Taxi driver to key pick up was exceptionally helpful.
