This place was simply put: one of the most relaxing and charming place in our 10+ years traveling through Japan. The house itself is very spacious and build in a playful way. We enjoyed our stay here to the fullest, especially by the super, super friendly staff; who spoke perfect English (❁´◡`❁) and made us feel at home right away. Everything was clean and tidy, not a single point to complain about. The surrounding scenery, takes you to a complete other world compared to other places we visited so far and was amazing to behold. Beautifully decorated old style apartment. A real opportunity to stay in an old fashion house. Very comfortable. Perfectly outfitted.They have several locations in the city. Google maps shows only one house. Have to pick up keys some miles from Obama station--have to take taxi. But I had not read the instructions carefully. The instructions were clear and everything was fine. Taxi driver to key pick up was exceptionally helpful.

Wonderfully close to train station. Comfortable room. Japanese breakfast was very nice, and staff were very helpful. Were able to leave luggage for a few hours too.
