We stayed in 4F and the size of the living area was lovely. We really enjoyed having the separate space with the kitchen and bar stool seating, as well as being able to watch movies in English in the evening. The terrace was also lovely but the weather prevented us from using it more. The shower has amazing water pressure, and we really appreciated having the washing machine for clothing. The best part was how attentive and responsive the staff were, truly making the stay memorable. They reached out a number of times to make sure we were comfortable and provided us with a dehumidifier when we asked about how best to dry our clothes. I would definitely recommend this as a place to stay!

Comfortable, peaceful and it has an excellent restaurant (hot/cold soba as well as other traditional Japanese food). Only a few stops from main temples. Staff are professional, helpful and friendly. Highly recommend.

Perfect cozy basecamp for the area. Will have to go back because there is so much to do along the coast. If I booked a second night I would also get a second sunset ! The hostel owner gave great tips for the area and how to best use the time.

The property is super well located very close by Yuigahama beach, combini stores near by and restaurants! It’s really nice to wake up and see the sea from the window! Toshi was incredible with all the guidance provided and made me feel very welcome, always inquiring if I had any questions and offering help and support regarding my Stay and to explore the area and cities near by. It’s very close to Hase station so it’s easy to move around on the enoden line. The apartment was very comfortable and I loved I was able to wash and dry my clothes Toshi even provides charger adapters in case you need one.

The owners are lovely people who made us feel so welcome. The room was comfortable with a really good shower. It is in a really convenient location in Hase and is easily walkable to the beach and to local attractions. You also get amazing coffee. We would love to stay here again.

Featuring free WiFi and air conditioning, Sango Katase Guest Rooms is situated in Katase, a 4-minute walk from Shonankaigankoen Station on Enoshima Electric Railway. Our stay here was just amazing in many ways! Firstly the apartment is clean, stylish and quite spacious. The apartment contained everything we needed, even supplying things like cotton earbuds, body thermometer, cooking oils and seasoning! We asked Naoko san if we could borrow body scales to weigh our suitcases and she even supplied hand held bag scales! Naoko san was just amazingly helpful. I injured my foot just before check-out and just before heading to the airport to leave Japan. I couldn't walk so this caused quite a debacle in the last minute! She even extended our super late check-out to allow us to work out what to do, brought me bandages and called up 5 different taxi companies to get us a good deal on a taxi big enough for our family! We wouldn't have made it to the airport in time for our flight if it wasn't for her! We are so very grateful! Thank you so much Naoko san!
