We booked a Japanese-style corner room for 3 nights and had a large garden to ourselves. The garden in the common area is also very beautiful esp at night. We opted for half board our entire stay and were very impressed with the food! The menu was different every time and we found ourselves anticipating what they’ll serve for the next meal. One of the meals they served was an all-puffer fish meal, which is arguably one of the best and most unforgettable meals of my life. The staff were also very warm and helpful up until the very moment we left. Definitely worth making the trip to Hagi just to stay here.

The staff were all helpful and polite. They went out of their way to make our stay really special. I asked at short notice if a small celebration cake could be added to the evening meal for my partner's birthday. It was too late to prepare that, but still they presented her with a small gift at the end of the meal, beautifully wrapped, which was so unexpected! The Japanese breakfasts were delicious and each ingredient was introduced and explained. The evening meal was wonderful, one of the best meals this month in Japan. The room with western beds and a japanese room was very comfy and clean and the onsen was perfect for a small hotel. Overall the hotel was so relaxing and we felt welcome, even though we only spoke a little Japanese. The beach in front was idyllic and the ceramic shops were great, having a chance to meet the ceramicists . The best hotel vidit so far! Thank you!

Objekat 渚の一棟貸し はぎうみ -hagiumi- je smešten u gradu Hagi, na svega 7 min. This is a lovely "beach house" in a rather "off-the-beaten-track" part of Japan, at least outside of high summer season. It's actually not on the beach but exudes that vibe and is only a ten minute walk from the proper seaside. Great sauna, beautifully clean, and easy access. The neighborhood is more traditional and lovely, but dining options are limited for those without transport.

Staff excellent and tried to help with my queries. The female receptionist was brilliant and made calls for me to see studios which was very special. Excellent natural hot spring baths. Large room and wonderful view of the beach and islands

The house tastefully design with a modern touch and fully furnished with all needed essential. Check-in needed some IT savvy, iPad was given and need to fill up all individual particulars. Car park conveniently located at the house entrance. Certainly will recommend this lovely house.
