Nice remodelled property, rooms were clean, ac worked great, plenty of space. The location is great for walking to the main break as well as restaurants nearby. If you need anything (tuktuk/scooter rental, taxi etc) the owners are very happy to help coordinate. The owners are very kind and happy to include you in their local card/board games! Would recommend 👍

Objekat Tropicana Home Stay je smešten u gradu Arugam Bej, na nekoliko koraka od znamenitosti Plaža Arugam Bay i 3,2 km od znamenitosti Muhudu Maha Viharaya, a u ponudi ima smeštaj sa besplatnim WiFi... Jazz and his beautiful family were amazing hosts. First, he arranged a very good taxi with a professional driver(And also a VERY fair price) that took us from Colombo to his resort. I couldn't join my partner at the beginning of our stay and she was alone for the most part during our stay here. Jazz knowing about it, he and his beautiful family, alongside this beautiful Dutch couple, made sure that she would have the best time with various activity and their warm company. Overall, she really enjoyed her stay. He even managed an expedition for her alongside that couple at night, to find exotic animals. On the last day when I arrived, not only was I greeted with the highest of hospitality, but also an exceptionally delicious lunch(you can trust my taste, I'm an Iranian), which wasn't included in our plan at all. Also in the reviews I saw some people found the route to the beach difficult. From my personal experience, that is far from the truth. The resort is less than 100 meters away from the beach, it's just a simple walk. If I come to Arugam Bay again, I'll choose this place 100%.

Very welcoming host that thinks of every detail: nice soaps, fresh towels, tea in the room and water cooker, small fridge, A cold bottle of water at arrival and a fresh coconut as welcome drink.

Objekat Romance in Bay, koji je smešten u gradu Arugam Bej, na 2 min. Incredible value for money! Super clean, great bed and aircon! And so nice having a hammock and table and chairs out the front of each room to relax on. The hosts were lovely and very accomodating!

Whisky point is such a special place and I am so glad that I stayed here. The resort itself is beautiful and the perfect place to escape and disconnect. The staff are all amazing and very welcoming. As a solo female traveller I felt very at home and could have stayed much longer. The food is also delicious, from pasta to pizza and homemade banana bread! The first couple of days I was working remotely and I found it very comfortable with good wifi. After that I spent most of my time relaxing on the beach and enjoying the peaceful tranquility and good vibes. I 100% recommend.

Excellent location - 20 meters to the beach, the Main Street with all caffès and shops. 15 min driving to Peanut Farm - the starting point for beginners in surfing. Banana Cafe is just next to the hotel and has very nice food and drinks. Mohammed is very friendly, he gave us delicious cakes, arranged surfing classes for us, always helped us with everything we need. Other staff were also very helpful. The room was clean, has good AC, the bed was comfy. We really enjoyed staying at Lucky Bay.

Beautiful cabana’s in a quiet and well maintained garden at almost a private bay. Great airco, ice cold private fridge in the room and even a fan on the terrace. Incredible friendly staff. Great food - breakfast jaffles and banana pancakes, curries and noodles for dinner and the delicious milkshakes

Wonderful property and host! Iqbal and his staff were so warm and welcoming! They went above and beyond making sure I felt comfortable and enjoyed my stay! I was welcomed with delicious pineapple juice and a pastry. I ended extending my stay because it was such a warm and cozy place to spend a few days at the beach. Beach access is a few meters away. Iqbal also arranged surf lessons to peanut farm and I couldn’t recommend them enough! Best surf coach I’ve ever had! The room was very clean and spacious with hangers for wet clothes and storage. The hammocks outside each room are a very nice touch and relaxing. Each morning, the breakfast was very good and tasty! Lots of fresh fruit! Whatever you need, Iqbal and his team will take care of. Had a lot of nice chats with Iqbal. He will be missed! Wish I could stay for longer. Will definitely be back to this cozy piece of paradise.

The hotel is phenomenal. The lovely German owner is really accommodating and friendly. The staff are also great. Everything about this place is perfect and if I could give it a 12 I would. We went during the off season (January) so the town was very quiet, which made having this accommodation all the more better.
