We spent a wonderful weekend here together, and from the moment we arrived, we knew we had chosen the right place. The location is fantastic — right in the historic harbor of Urk, with a beautiful view of the water and boats from the living room. The apartment itself is something special. It is located in a beautiful old historic building, which a skilled designer has completely and very tastefully restored. Everything inside feels brand new, while the original building's character has been wonderfully preserved. The modern kitchen is exceptionally well equipped — you really have everything you could need. The bathroom feels like a five-star hotel, with a toilet, bathtub, and wonderful rain shower. The automatic heating and ventilation system works perfectly, and the air conditioning in the main bedroom was a real bonus. And the beds deserve a special mention! They were so comfortable that we slept like children and woke up so late that we almost missed check-out! The living room is equally inviting, with very comfortable sofas and chairs and, best of all, that fantastic large view over the harbor. It is the kind of place where you can simply sit, relax, and watch the world go by.

We had the studio split level. The rooms we had were very lovely. They were cleaned well and the rooms were very spacious. The private kitchenette was a plus. We tried the breakfast, and it went far above our expectations. Just to note, the breakfast is large so you can keep some for leftovers for the next day as we did. The attic room was also beautiful and spacious. All the facilities worked well and we really enjoyed our stay. Family friendly and excellent hosts!

We stayed here for one night on a family cycle tour of the Netherlands it was a really cosy place to stay with a great kitchen and bathroom. I cycled into Biddinghuizen to get takeaway pizza's about 15 mins each way by bike. the perfect stay
