White Heron Motor Lodge is just 2 minutes' drive from the centre of Gisborne and 7 minutes' drive from the beach and the airport. Room was clean, bed comfy, shower and spa very nice. And the lady at reception was very friendly. This is how all accommodations should be.

Ocean Beach Motel offers comfortable accommodation in Wainui Beach, just 5 minutes’ drive from the Gisborne city centre. The location was brilliant, a couple of minutes walk to the beach. Near an amazing cafe serving healthy options, muffins and the best coffee. An adjacent mexican serving the best margaritas.🍹 And finally, the accommodation was great, had everything we needed and more, staff were so lovely too, super helpful and made you feel very welcome. I would highly recommend staying here and We will definitely be coming back.

The house was absolutely spotless, well equipped and a perfect place for 4 people. The bedding was lovely, the beds were very comfortable and the location was excellent. Lovely views of the river and very near main street.
