The team was impressive, cheerful, and friendly. Excellent caring service. Excellent food and drinks to enjoy between dives. Excellent dive shop, professional dive masters/instructors that took good care of us. Good and well-maintained dive equipment. The dive boat crew was good and caring too. Though we couldn't go to Verde Island due to the weather, they arranged a one-on-one dive at the Canyons, which was the most remarkable dive there for us. Obviously, sitting around good dive sites also contributed to our enjoyable experience in this resort. Room was well-equipped, clean, and spacious. Life was easy during our stay.

This beachfront property houses a restaurant and provides daily housekeeping service. The only place I'd stay at in Sabang. I'd highly recommend staying in the newly renovated Ocean View rooms. At the time of booking, I had no idea they were so amazing and at a great price. They are so tastefully presented with wonderful views. As usual, all the staff from the owner down were so friendly and accommodating. The location is fantastic and close to all restaurants and facilities. Papa Freds is also a great alternative to all the dive orientated accommodation in Sabang. I was so impressed, I booked my next stay while I was there.

It’s well located, close to Puerto Galera, and although it’s near the road, it’s surprisingly quiet at night, and traffic didn’t bother me. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with working (though a bit loud) air conditioning, comfy beds, hot water, toiletries, toilet paper, a kettle, drinking water, and good Wi-Fi. There’s also a great restaurant at the entrance where you can have breakfast and enjoy solid meals between 9am and 9pm. The staff were friendly and helpful as well. The bed is pretty comfortable with multiple pillows. The place is also clean (though a little run down, here and there).
