I am very glad I choose to stay here for my frist night in El Nido. The perfect location where you can decide what to do next. I like to exploree the city center the first night, and the hotel was in perfect location to allow me such details. The room was clean and eith a very beautiful view facing El Nido beach. But the most important thing was the staff. It was my birthday and they have prepared the room with red wine, ballons and flowers and happy nirthday song playing on the screen. They went further by bringing the flowers from my friends to another hotel I was staying the next day! Thank you very much for all the attention and the caring!

Great location right by the beach. It’s super close by all restaurants, shops and the place where the tours departs every day. The view from the balcony is amazing. Staff is friendly, welcoming and helpful and social area is nice. They organize very nice activities every night in the hostel. Great to meet people. Is one of those hotels that you remember not only because of its beautiful location or design, but above all because of the way you are treated as a guest. The first thing I would like to highlight is the exceptionally high level of service. During my trip around the Philippines, I stayed on several different islands and in many hotels, and overall the standard of hospitality in the country is already very high. However, the service at Amari El Nido exceeded all my expectations. I would especially like to thank Jerwin and Janne at the reception. Their attitude toward guests goes far beyond normal professional duties. During my stay, I had a health problem and simply asked the reception where I could see a doctor. Instead of just giving me directions or recommending a clinic, the hotel staff immediately arranged a private hotel vehicle for me. The driver took me to a local clinic, personally accompanied me inside, and made sure that the clinic staff took care of my situation. He then waited for me for approximately two and a half hours while I received the necessary treatment and medical assessment. For me, moments like this are the true measure of a hotel’s level of service. This was not simply good hospitality — it was genuine care for a guest. The architecture and design of the hotel also deserve special mention. The rooftop area with its panoramic swimming pool and spectacular mountain views is truly impressive. The scenery is so dramatic and unusual that at times it feels as if you are looking at a landscape from the movie Avatar. Breakfast was also outstanding. The staff are not limited to simply preparing items from the menu; they genuinely try to accommodate individual requests and preferences. Even if you are very particular about food, they will do their best to prepare exactly what you would like. A special thank you also goes to the housekeeping team. My room was always perfectly clean and maintained with great attention to detail.

Everything about our stay was perfect - actually, even more than we expected. From the very first moment, the staff and owner made us feel incredibly welcome. They are amazing people and the customer service is truly top-class. Thanks to them, these were honestly the best holidays! The hotel was spotlessly clean - I mean very, very clean. The beds were extremely comfortable. The food was outstanding. Even our kids, who are usually very picky eaters, loved it - especially the shakes. I personally loved cocktails. Breakfasts were amazing; we tried almost every option during our 10 days stay - and everything was delicious ( we especially loved the omelettes). The facilities were fantastic. The swimmimg pool had perfect water and was ideal for relaxing/ The atmosphere is calm, quiet and peaceful - no rush, no crowds. The small village nearby is beautiful and authentic. If you are looking for a busy, tourist - packed destination, this is not the place. But if you are looking for pure paradise, this is it. The beach was absolutely stunning – almost empty, beautiful sand, and crystal-clear water. The waves were quite big. We didn’t encounter any nik-niks and didn’t get bitten at all. The hotel even provided a special free repellent oil, which was a very thoughtful touch. We also received extra beach towels, which made everything even more comfortable. The Wi-Fi were excellent – fast and reliable thanks to Starlink, which is rare in such a remote and peaceful location. There were no issues with electricity at all. Even if the power went off for a few minutes, it came back very quickly, as the hotel has its own power supply – which was really reassuring. The owner even helped me organize a private island hooping (we went twice) and birthday cake for my partner, which made the stay extra special. Highly, highly recommended!
