Our stay was great. The room was clean, the staff was pleasant and very helpful. The breakfasts were delicious, with the option of a glass of prosecco :) We also appreciated the coffee option, which is available 24 hours a day and was delicious. In the evening we also ordered a glass of wine and it was the best wine we drank. The hotel is in the hills of Alfama, but it didn't matter at all, it was nice to walk back through the streets and listen to Fado from the restaurants and in the rainy moments we used Bolt

We loved our stay at this charming hotel full of character , the location was perfect within a short walking distance to all the main sights and restaurants. Our room was very comfortable and it was very quiet. The staff was very friendly and helpful And we absolutely loved the breakfast , it was amazing, delicious and served in a delightful dining room . Would stay there again without any hesitation.

The location couldn't be better. By foot, couple minutes away from the tube, few minutes to the Praça do comércio, 10 minutes to train station to Sintra, everything is so close. Good restaurants and bakeries are just outside the door too. The inside is tastefully decorated a it's enjoyable to spend time there, even though I would say not for too long. The shower is great and we enjoyed it so much. Kitchen is fine even though I'd appreciate some place to dry the tableware instead of relying on the dishwasher. Communication with the hosts was good as great and I liked how they really made the effort to accommodate our wishes. Baby bed wasn't a problem. Staff was very pleasant and I especially enjoyed talking to Silvia. What I appreciated a lot were the little touches. The little box with tea, honey etc., fruit, a little note for the kids, restaurant tips. We felt welcome immediately. All in all, great stay!
