A very nice, new property, beautifully decorated, right in the heart of Angra. Modern yet maintaining the charm and details of the original building, so you get a sense of Angra's history. Wonderful communication from the owner Raquel, she even got us a last-minute dinner reservation for New Year's Eve! And the breakfast was personalised, abundant and delicious, with very attentive staff (thank you Lu!). Parking on the street was easy to find. Entry/key pick-up was seamless. Almost felt like our own private place in the city. We will definitely return!

Partenope is in the center of Angra, near the botanical garden. The parking space is very close and it's cheap. Taxi od near as the bus stop. Restaurants and cafes are near as well as shops. It's a quiet establishment and honestly I can't in the evening and went around in the morning, My bunk bed was spacious and pleasant. Breakfast is basic; bread, cheese and ham, yogurt, juice, coffee, honey, Nutella, some sweets and fruits as well. Enough to start the day. The kitchen is spacious and has everything for a quick snack. It was pleasant to chat with the owner of the establishment as well. If you're looking for a place to end the day and start fresh, this is the place.

We had to check out too early for the breakfast but we plan to return someday and enjoy it then. The location is superb, overlooking the ocean and very peaceful. The facilities are impeccable - nicely decorated and spacious rooms, very well equipped gym and a spa with a beautiful sauna. The staff is extremely friendly and attentive, especially Cecília at the front desk (who is also a yoga teacher). And breakfast is served in a room with a stunning view by the most amazing human Sérgio, who prepares everything beautifully and makes the experience so much more enjoyable with a little touch of entertaining conversation!
