We spend a great weekend, the room had a good size with an private entrance that was great for the dogs. The bathroom had shampoo, conditioner, soap, heated floor and towel warmer. The small kitchen in the room was great to heat food. The breakfast was very good, with fresh croissant and different options of meat. The hosts were very welcoming, helped with a lot of tips on what to do during our stay, always friendly and ready to help.

We had a fabulous stay! We were greeted by accommodating, helping and relaxed personell (family business). We had the family room (it has its own shower!). It’s always a compromise to sleep with four people in one room, especially when dad tends to snore, but thats on us and not Backlunda. Breakfast was exzellent and above our expectations for a B&B. There’s a terrass on the second floor with an amazing view over the Siljan lake and its surroundings.

Overlooking the River Lillån, this family-run hotel is quietly located in central Orsa. It offers a private bridge, a breakfast room with river views and rooms with free WiFi. The hotel is in a beautiful spot along the river and walking distance to the center. The room was nice size with a comfortable bed and luggage racks which was really nice. The host, Hakan, was very helpful with suggestions of sites to see in the area. Overall a great stay and highly recommended.

The house is beautiful, cozy and very well integrated into its natural surroundings. We felt at home from the very first moment. The atmosphere was calm and relaxing, perfect for slowing down and enjoying the silence, the landscape and the changing weather. Communication with the hosts was clear and friendly, and everything was well prepared for our stay.
