Very cosy place with a well equipped kitchen, comfortable bathroom (with washer/drier) and 2 bedrooms. Beach is at walking distance and perfect for smaller children. Crystal clear water, sheltered from waves, nice shallows. Very quiet neighbourhood in an otherwise touristic peninsula (which also means you can get very good ice cream a short walk away!).

The location was good with both nature, beach, road, and city in the vicinity. Modern sanitary equipment and a good supermarket and bistro available. Nice, quick working personell and quiet at night.

Excellent location close to the beach. The beach is very clean, the bottom is pure sand, I didn't spot one single stone. And the restroom (wc) at the beach was very clean and looked new. The camping is quite small and was calm. Very helpful friendly staff.

Just like the pictures! Excellent location, kids especially loved the beach. Dog friendly. We only stayed one night on our roadtrip but could definitely see us staying for a couple of nights or a week next time.

perfect location. 5 minutes walk to stora torget where you can find all the busses to various locations (i.e. karlstad university, 10 minutes by bus no 1). comfortable room. don’t forget to bring your own slippers. perfect breakfast. very friendly and helpful staff. and the oscar goes to: the restaurant of the hotel. bishop’s arms. eat fish&chips there.

If you like quiet and interesting places this is the one to stay in! Nice host, very helpful. We booked both rooms, so kitchen, bathroom with sauna and jacuzzi was for us only (it might be a bit uncomfortable if you share it with strangers). Lots of things for younger kids to explore, playground. Wonderful location in the woods, 10min walk to the lake beach. Blueberries everywhere. Really recommend!

It was not that much of a crowd. There is a beach in front of the camping. We had a simple cottage, it was good enough for 4 people.
