Everything about my stay was perfect! I arrived and was immediately shown into a very clean and spacious room! The location is perfect, next to shops and close to the nice part of Sidi Bou Said. It is incredibly peaceful during the night. Not a sound!

Absolutely everything! The owner was extremely friendly and kind, he invited me to see all his artwork when I arrived and I met his family and had an amazing traditional Tunisian couscous! I spent hours conversing with them - what a lovely experience. He was very thorough on explaining the home and even had fracassie, cheeses, and yogurt available for my arrival. The home was more than I expected. Prefect kitchen with all the ammenities. Bath tub to relax, salon area to chill, massive bedroom with fun and gorgeous decorations all over the home. It was close to the city as well as the beach, lovely cafe close by and supermarket for anything you need it just a 2 min walk. I was also given a few unexpected gifts before my departure, and this was so lovely and kind! I will def be renting this place again when I return to Tunisia in April! Overlooking the Gulf of Tunis, Dar Said offers an outdoor swimming pool, a hammam and free Wi-Fi internet access. It is located in the village of Sidi Bou Said. I came back to Sidi Bou Said because I wanted to stay at Dar Said. It is an enchanting place with a magnificent location overlooking the bay of Tunis and it feels like being in a luxurious private home where every detail is taken care of fondly and adapted to the place. The furnishings are simply perfect. The gardens are delightful and incredibly peaceful. We will come back!
