My stay at Viva Patong Phuket was perfect, offering the best of both worlds: a peaceful retreat within easy reach of all the action. What truly stood out was the exceptional service provided by the host. Communication was incredibly fast and efficient, making check-in and any questions I had throughout my stay a breeze. Pari is incredibly helpful and accommodating, going above and beyond to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience. The apartment's location is truly a gem. Tucked away just far enough from the bustling center of Patong, it offered a serene and quiet escape. Waking up to the sounds of birdsong amidst lush greenery was a delightful change from the usual tourist noise. Yet, despite this tranquility, the vibrant heart of Patong, with its shops, restaurants, and nightlife, was still easily accessible. This perfect balance allowed me to enjoy the energy of Patong without sacrificing peace and quiet. The apartment has a proper desk, really fast WiFi (600Mbps, which is twice as fast as I have at home in Germany) and a lamp. So, it provides an easy "plug-and-play" solution for remote workers. Another huge plus was the proximity to fantastic, affordable restaurants. I discovered some incredible local eateries just around the corner, offering delicious Thai cuisine (e.g. Secret or little tiger) at very reasonable prices. A 7-eleven supermarket is 10 minutes' walk away. And for those seeking sun and sand, a beautiful, secluded beach (called Tri Trang) is just a short 10-minute walk away. This hidden gem offered a welcome respite from the crowded beaches of Patong. Viva offers an unbeatable combination of peaceful surroundings, convenient location, and outstanding hospitality. It's the ideal choice for travelers or remote workers seeking a quiet & nice place while still being not far to all the excitement Patong has to offer.

Unfortunately, I came down with the flu on the second day of my trip. The staff went above and beyond to help me find a pharmacy, and they kindly checked in on me the following day to see how I was doing. It’s always the people that draw me back to the same hotel, and Rosewood Phuket is my top choice. Discover Phuket Marriott Resort & Spa, Merlin Beach, a serene escape on Tri-Trang Beach, just 3 km from lively Patong Beach, 16 km from Phuket Town and only 40 km from Phuket International Airport. This was our second time staying at Marriott Merlin Beach, and it was absolutely fabulous. The service was amazing, the staff were so friendly, and the whole resort felt incredibly comfortable,just like home. It’s very kid friendly, super convenient, and everything was perfect from start to finish. We will definitely be coming back again!
