Absolutely disgusting, had a booking and unfortunately just before I was going to this place i was diagnosed with testicular cancer and was not allowed to travel. Asked for a partial refund and got no joy at all. Disgusting.

Their professionalism, warmth, and willingness to help made a significant difference and elevated my entire stay. I’m already looking forward to returning soon!
