I very much enjoyed the customer service beforehand and during our stay. There was a little bit of a language barrier in person, but as I had learned German in the past, I was able to understand the staff rather well. The lady at the reception was super helpful, sweet and really positive. I very much enjoyed how she interacted with me and my toddler. I would rate the breakfast 10/10 and the atmosphere even higher. The room was great and more than enough for the two of us staying there. The TV had a great selection of apps and we were able to watch everything we wanted, mostly Bluey though. It was a very enjoyable experience and I appreciate the staff!

This boutique style guest house offers rooms in the Prenzlauer Berg district of Berlin. It enjoys public transport connections. The bed was incredibly soft and comfy! The bathrooms were shared with other guests however it was very clean and tidy. The location was fantastic. We used the trains to get around and it was very easy to get to the city center. Cafes close by and delicious restaurants too.
