The welcome was warm and friendly, which immediately made us feel comfortable and relaxed. The hotel is very clean, well organized, and clearly well managed. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and always kept in perfect condition. Housekeeping does an amazing job every day, paying attention to even the smallest details, which really makes a difference. The food was one of the highlights of our stay. There was a wide variety of options available every day, all fresh, tasty, and well prepared. Whether it was breakfast, lunch, or dinner, the quality was consistently very good, and there was something for everyone. The restaurant areas were also clean and pleasant, which made every meal enjoyable. What truly makes this hotel special is the staff. Every single person we met was kind, polite, and professional. The team is always smiling, welcoming, and ready to help at any time. They genuinely care about the guests and go out of their way to make sure everyone is happy and comfortable. Their positive attitude really adds a lot to the overall experience. Overall, this was a fantastic stay and a very relaxing experience. Everything was well organized, clean, and comfortable, and the atmosphere was calm and enjoyable. View is spectacular. Hotel arranged to pick us up at train station and it helped us to avoid dealing with local taxists.
