The staff were so warm and kind! I loved their recommendations on what we could do, their stories and just general kindness to guests! Very clean, the smell of the house was immaculate. The staff were very polite,friendly and accommodating. Shout out to Lena and Ana for helping us arrange our transportation going to Malang and our trip to Bromo. They even checked of we reached the terminal when we left. They treat you as family rather than guests.
