Host is amazing, Yossy is a very friendly and caring person, he will do his best to make your experience in Kumano-shi unforgettable, take you on tour or share a meal in a local restaurant. This was by far the best place I stayed, I would highly recommand you to stay at Guesthouse Usagi if you plan to visit Kumano-shi ! Thank you Yossy, you've been amazing 🙏🏻

This stay was absolutely fabulous! My husband and I stayed here as our home base for a nearby event and it exceeded our expectations. The host was amazing and even gave us a small gift since he knew we were in Japan for our honeymoon. The home is a perfect blend of modern and traditional - the tatami mats were pristine, the design was thoughtful, and we loved the kotatsu. The location was wonderful - on a quiet street, steps away from a convenient Family Mart, and just a short walk from Oharaimachi St and the inner Shrine (the highlights of our whole trip!). We love this spot and hope to stay here again in the future :)

구마노 내에 위치한 ATASHIKADAYS Kumano-Kodo Beachfront B&B Hostel에서 머물러보시기 바랍니다. 숙소는 Ubuta Shrine에서 약 11km 거리에 있으며, 바다 전망, 테라스, 발코니 등을 제공합니다. Great location by the beach. Knowledgeable, helpful and friendly host. A lot of special touches like fresh orange juice, fresh baked goods. A very enjoyable sea kayak tour. Highly recommend that you let them cook dinner for you!

Ema에 자리한 Kamenarien에서는 차량으로 오는 투숙객을 위한 무료 전용 주차장뿐 아니라 정원, 무료 Wi-Fi도 제공합니다. 숙소는 Haze Botanical Garden에서 12km, Ceramic Art Place by Kenji Azuma에서 12km 거리에 있습니다. 해당 2성급 게스트하우스에는 공용 주방 등이 완비되어 있습니다. Our stay was very pleasant. The hosts were very nice and helpful. We came to this part of japan to watch the Sakura (cherry blossom) and the hosts shared their favorite spots with us. When we arrived very late on the first day and all the restaurants had already closed, the hosts even prepared a nice welcoming dinner for us. Another time we had a medical issue and they helped us find and contact a doctor (5 min away from the accomodation). The guest house was clean and in traditional japanese style. There was a little well equipped kitchen and some free coffee and tea for everyday. We would definetely go there again on our next trip to japan.

You stay/rent a Japanese house all for your self. Perfect for traveling with family, and/or a group of friends that needs a washing machine, and peace and quiet. Its next to the main road, but traffic is not a lot on weekdays and as the house has its own fence, it blocks direct sound from the road. For night time, you would not hear a thing.

We were kindly welcomed in a house filled with figurines, games and toys from the early 2000s. The host was extremely kind and even helped us set up a projector to watch a movie! One of the most unique stays we’ve experienced in Japan so far! There’s also an incredible restaurant nearby called 食堂 あお where the owner speak English and we got to taste the best fish we’ve ever had! Overall highly recommend!!

伊勢ゲストハウス紬舎-Ise Guesthouse Tsumugiya-는 이세시(Iseshi)역에서 550m, 우지야마다(Ujiyamada)역에서 750m 떨어져 있습니다. 투숙객은 전역에서 무료 Wi-Fi도 이용하실 수 있습니다. 유명한 이세신궁(Ise Grand Shrine)은 4.3km 떨어져 있습니다. 각 객실은 에어컨과 공용 욕실을 완비하고 있습니다. It's 10 minutes walk to Iseshi station in a quiet neighborhood, making it a convenient base for exploring Ise. The guesthouse is a renovated old house which was quite nice with a comfortable living room for relaxing. I was glad to see that the bunk beds were solidly constructed (no creaking or shaking when occupying the upper bunk). The staff were very friendly too.
