A cute guest house in Dambulla, I stayed there for only one night, but the room & bathroom were very clean & spacious, the owner made me dinner & breakfast, the food was very nice, he even came to the rescue & picked me up when I couldn't find my way back at night, & dropped me off at the bus station. The location is very close to Dambulla caves temple about 10 mins walk, I highly recommend the place.

Location was around very scenic calm and country side surrounded by lakes and rice fields. The property was adequately maintained but rain was kind of bummer. Couldn’t use swimming pool because of continuous rain. The owner was kind enough to drop us to sigiriya rock and pick us back from restaurant. Also dropped us to bus station in morning. Breakfast was of good quality and more than enough quantity with lot of varieties. They also made tea for us several times during our stay. Overall very friendly and welcoming host! You should definitely stay specially in good sunny weather!

We started our Sri Lanka trip by coming here and it was the perfect start for us. The hotel owners gave a very warm and caring welcome. They were helpful with everything including travel planning, transportation and information, even after leaving the hotel. The location of the hotel is within walking distance of the temples. The rooms were immaculate and fragrant. Everything we needed was put in the room. It was also very peaceful with a backyard view and bird sounds. In the morning they prepared a very nice local breakfast. In the evening, we had the chance to taste local dishes from their skillful hands. We did not stay in such a beautiful place in the rest of our trip. If we come to Sri Lanka again, it is clear where we will stay 😊

I loved everything about this place. The location is perfect, the rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the owner is one of the nicest/most helpful people I've ever met. They brought me to Pindurangula for sunrise and made sure I had everything I needed. Would stay here again in a heartbeat! - Spacious rooms - Comfortable beds - Good wifi - Lovely staff - Working AC - Quiet location - Restaurants nearby - 10-minute walk from lion rock

We have eaten the best rice and curry here and Rohan is the best guide in the search of elephants. He will do anything for the best place nearby the elephants. The place is nearby the Main Street with other bars, restaurants and cafe’s. But you must eat here at least one night! Don’t fall for the Elephant riding scam in Sigiriya city.

Roy and his staff lead, and can help arrange, a variety of activities. Food offerings are fresh and delicious, with a set family dinner every evening. Be sure to join one of Ray’s cooking classes to learn all his secrets. I cannot say enough about Roy’s Villa, it will bring me back to Sri Lanka.

Located in Sigiriya, within 1 km of Sigiriya Rock and 3.7 km of Pidurangala Rock, The Cattleya Guest House provides accommodation with a garden and free WiFi throughout the property as well as free... A simple guest house that's clean and affordable. The host, Ashoka was a very nice gentleman. He takes care of the guests and makes them feel safe. The breakfast spread was home cooked and amazing, most importantly it's clean and tidy

Located in Sigiriya, 600 m from Pidurangala Rock, Sigiri Close-up View Guest features a garden and views of the mountain. It has one of the best views on the Sigirya Lion Rock and is just a few mins walk to the Pidurangala rock. It is a family business with very genuine people. Sudat is very kind and helpful and always there when you need him. We spent two nights and had breakfast and dinner, both with generous quantities and low prices. I highly recommend this place.
