Probably one of the best hotels I have stayed in Indonesia. Everything was excellent, from how welcoming and polite the staff were (reception, doormen, restaurant, and room service) , to the comfort of the rooms - my stay was extremely enjoyable and will be staying here again the next time I return to Bandung. I’ve stayed at this hotel several times now, it’s always been a pleasure! Good facilities, food and friendly staff ready to assist makes for a good stay!

Smooth check-in, they did not asked for deposit as stated before. Room upgraded for free, great location easy to go to 2 big malls, MRT, and concert venue.

Situated 1 km from ITC Mangga Dua shopping centre, Best Western Mangga Dua Hotel and Residence features an outdoor pool and a free shuttle service to popular shopping areas. Location was 7/10 was on the back lame but good value for money neat clean check in check out was super easy
