The hosts at Jumanyuan House were exceptionally kind, helpful, and accommodating. They provided a clean and comfortable room, delicious meals, and transportation whenever we needed. Every need was met, and every preference considered. We had clean towels, a private bathroom, a fully adjustable schedule, and luxuries like coffee, tea, and snacks.

The manager is an extremely kind and helpful person. I didn't want to leave. The room was very comfortable and has a nice terrace. The food is delicious and very healthy. Great location, close to some stunning, non-touristy sections of the Wall. If you want to see the Wall, go here!

This was our second stay at this family-run hotel. The food was consistently good. The owners helped us buy tickets to the Great Wall. Thanks to the hotel's location near the wall, we were there early in the morning—at 8:00 a.m.—and returned before the crowds. There was still time to sit on the hotel's magnificent rooftop terrace. Afterward, the host drove us back to central Beijing.
