Moreni Guest House is a recently renovated guest house in Gavarr, where guests can make the most of its garden and shared lounge. The property has mountain and garden views. There is an outdoor fireplace and guests can make use of free WiFi and free private parking. The best of all has been the great hospitality that the whole family has given us. It was great to chat and even sing together. We also loved being able to enjoy the garden and try the fruits, especially the raspberries. Oh, and the fantastic breakfast they have prepared for us.

We had a wonderful stay at this property with our family. The house is very spacious, fully equipped with everything we needed, and made us feel right at home. The highlight was definitely the beautiful garden – it’s large, well maintained, and our kids loved spending hours playing outside. It was the perfect place for a relaxing family getaway.

The hosts are kind and hospitable people doing immense work on supporting and restoring the local community and cultural traditions. I'll definitely consider Etiuni for future trips to Sevan.
