I was impressed by the studio's amenities because, compared to apartments I had rented in the past, it was paradise. The landlord was very friendly, the neighbors were also very nice and helpful, and it was a very beautiful area. However, my stay was limited to three weeks, which I enjoyed to the fullest, but unfortunately, due to my assembly work, only in the evenings. I would highly recommend this host's accommodations because my job gives me the opportunity to compare many different places around the world, and I felt particularly at home here. I had a room in the hotel's recently upgraded Guesthouse. Breakfasts were in their popup restaurant whilst the main hotel and restaurant is being upgraded. The food was excellent, and the room (No 8) was excellent too. All of the hotel's facilities are either in, or just off, the main square, making access to Talbot House, the Hop Museum, etc, all within very easy walking distance. The Hotel de la Paix is a family run business, and the owner and staff are all friendly and helpful. My group has stayed with them many times in the past, and hopefully will continue to do so in the future.
