United Arab EmiratesOne of the best stays we've ever had, didn't want to leave. Everything is clean, new, works well, the bed is super comfy, the shower is great, the kitchen has everything you need.
Parking was available, free, and easy to find and use. Check in was really easy with the terminal at the entrance. No complaints at all, would highly recommend. Location is great if you have a car, it's not far at all to Appenzell, St. Gallen, Lichtenstein, and many other places. It's a great area.

United KingdomEvery bit of Alte Metzg is beautiful (and so clean!). The bedroom was perfect with it's much appreciated fan, the living space was spacious with a great selection of books, the kitchen had everything you could imagine! The terrace was perfect for summer evening dinners with the mountains in the distance looking over you. The Appenzel tourist card was also a game changer, allowing us to get free transport from Zurich to the Appenzell, as well as the trains and cable cars all around the area. Switzerland may be expensive, but this place made it so affordable. I would 100% recommend staying here for at least 3 nights to get the free pass to stay and explore this glorious location. I wish we had stayed for longer!

AustraliaAbsolutely loved staying here! Tamara was very responsive, flexible and good at communicating with us. It felt like we were staying home - had the best sleep at her place and really enjoyed how warm and cosy the house is. It’s a beautiful stay and I would stay here again in a heartbeat any day. The location was great - easy to walk from the station, away from the touristy towns but close to everywhere we wanted to go in the Appenzell region. We cooked and used the laundry facilities too and appreciate that there was everything we needed at the place.

The room was lovely, comfortable and the bathroom was spacious and well finished.
Luzia greeted us warmly and made us feel welcome, whilst Ernst made a space for us to park our motorcycle in a shed and introduced us to the cows.
Despite us speaking only a little German, Luzia deployed google translate and we got by without a problem.
We were offered breakfast at an additional cost and it was freshly prepared and very homely in the morning.
We loved our night in their home.

We stayed here with colleagues for 6 days and had an absolutely wonderful experience. The apartment is beautiful, modern, and very well equipped — it truly has everything you would need in a real home, and we immediately felt comfortable and relaxed. The layout is great, with two floors: bedrooms upstairs and a cozy living room with a fully equipped kitchen downstairs. The beds were very comfortable, and the entire apartment was clean and well maintained. The location is excellent, close to both ski resorts and the city center, with a safe and convenient parking area. The price is also very good for the quality you get. The hosts were amazing and very caring — they even brought us more coffee when we ran out, which was a really thoughtful touch. There is also a great coffee machine in the apartment. We especially loved the terrace with a beautiful mountain view. We didn’t miss anything during our stay, and honestly, we would love to come back again and again — or even live there! Highly recommended.

We had a short but very enjoyable stay in Feldkirch. Communication with our host was excellent before arrival and the process was very smooth with lockkey entry.The apartment is modern, exceptionally clean and comfortable providing everything we needed. We particularly appreciated the washing machine! It is in a lovely quiet neighbourhood with a large supermarket nearby. Public transport was excellent with convenient and reliable with buses into Feldkirch and free with a guest pass! Thank you to Michaela for your thoughtful and generous hospitality. We highly recommend your lovely apartment.

Very nice and helpful staff in reception. Large room for 4 people, incl large bathroom. The sofa bed was like 2 real beds, very comfortable. Clean och modern. Amazing breakfast to add on in the bakery in the same building. Nice 10 minutes walk to the charming city in the evening, with lots of restaurants to chose from. Parking just outside the entrance.
