Beautiful hotel right by the marina. Nice "living room" area. Short walk to the beach. Very quiet. We assume the staff was friendly - we actually never talked to anyone! Everything was organized so you never interacted with anyone. Beautiful place.

We had a fantastic time at this beautiful home. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and comfortable. The location was perfect, with easy access to nearby attractions, yet still peaceful. The host was incredibly responsive and attentive, we have dogs and they where just as welcome as us. We couldn't have asked for a better experience and would definitely recommend this home to anyone looking for a comfortable and peaceful getaway.

We have the whole upstairs because there was only we and another couple in the downstairs. Also dogs was welcome to stay with us. The Svalhøj’s owner was a awesome quy and host for us. He make a house tour with us and showed the most important places in Svalhøj. The garden was also really beautiful and we ate breakfast in the nice countryside morning sunshine. There was also all kitchen tools what you need for great breakfast and another meals!

This is how I imagined an atmospheric hotel on Bornholm. The hosts were hospitable and smiling, which made us feel at home. The breakfasts were varied and tasty, with local delicacies. The hotel's location is ideal for those looking for peace and relaxation, with beautiful views and a quiet neighborhood. The room was comfortable and clean, with a cozy decor that perfectly reflected the atmosphere of Bornholm. The room was very clean, the location extremely beautiful and calm. The staff super nice and friendly (even facilitated an early check-in for us). The breakfast was perfect: the exact right amount and variety. Overall we had a very good experience.

We appreciated very friendly communication with the owner prior to our trip and also absolutely loved the location (for nature and sightseeing lovers ideal). The accommodation itself was a beautiful older house, after reconstruction, well equipped. Every day a young deer came to the garden. :-) We fell in love with Bornholm and this house was definitely a huge part of it.
