A simple place next to a lake. Beautiful location, great view. Very cozy beds (not too soft) and wide enough.

The proximity to the bus station and coop supermarket. It had everything you needed for the stay. It was comfy clean and the host was very responsive. Very easy check in.

The room was equipped with sauna, which was great after long day on a rally event. Very easy to control. Next time I will book the same room. You can also go straight to the shopping mall by the elevator as the hotel is connected to Launakeskus, the biggest shopping centre in Tartu.

The place looked brand new. And beautiful. Absolutely lovely. There's an oven! And a coffee machine! And the wifi is fast! A washing machine and the shower's got good pressure and doesn't leak. All the facilities are top notch, clean, new. Perfect, nothing more to say. Location-wise, you know what you're getting if you look at the map. Lõunakeskus and the city centre are both a short walk away.

The apartment was exceptionally clean. I travel a lot. The place was one of cleanest I ever stayed. The apartment was well furnished, plentiful and cleanest towels for the bathroom and shower. Plenty of blankets and pillows. The bed was very comfortable. Kitchen was well furnished for everything one needs for cooking. There was also a bottle of wine and frozen food in the fridge and freezer so shopping for food was not necessary for the first night. For me what is most important is the super cleanliness. The bathroom is new and also with a large shower. All appliances, dish washer and clothes washer were like new. The apartment is about 3-4 connected rooms. The entire building of several apartments is clean, and quiet. Certainly I will stay there again when I go back to Estonia. Walking to the tourist center of town is about 35 or so minutes, so this is also nice. There are several large grocery stores within 7 minutes (2-3 city blocks) of walking to go shopping for food and supplies. The owner is super friendly and professional and easy to contact.

If you need to be at EMU (life science university) a little out of the centre then this location is perfect - it’s around 12 minutes to the campus and the same distance into town - so I never needed public transport Access was easy with a code. The room is big and has a small but functional kitchen area - not too practical for complex meals as the hot plate has to be stored in a top cupboard. But useful fridge kettle and toaster Great bathroom, one or two English language channels on tv and a supermarket 5 minutes away across the railway track It’s very quiet too I loved it!
