Great hotel with a great staff!

Rich breakfast buffet... the location of the hotel is wonderful, it is located on a promontory and enjoys a fantastic view over the whole valley, it is also far from the chaos of the main street of Tsilivi. The staff are wonderful and very friendly and do everything they can to make your stay as relaxing as possible.

A very warm and friendly welcome was received from Nikos on our arrival. Asked us to make ourselves comfortable in the bar, provided us with a drink and then we completed the booking in process. Very relaxed and efficient. We were the first visitors of the season and were unexpectedly upgraded to a beautiful suite which included our own pool. The suite was very well appointed and we loved it, and very tastefully decorated. Ioanna has very good taste and has made the accommodation so homely. The bed was very comfortable too and the best shower we have had in Zakynthos and we have visited 20 plus times! As we stayed out of season, a very limited amount of tavernas were open, Nikos kindly offered to cook us a meal so that we did not have to go and find somewhere open. It was a very delicious meal and was something they would eat at home and was not on the menu. We ate breakfast there every morning and many times in the evening as although the menu is not vast, the specials they cook are fresh and of a very high quality. Nikos and Vasilis cannot do enough for you and I would highly recommend this accommodation. We will be visiting again.

These rooms and bright and airy and extremely comfortable. The room was well-designed with adequate wall plugs and a good use of space. The bathroom was modern and practical, as well as aesthetically pleasing. The kitchen space was very well organised and despite it's size, had everything you could need. A special mention must go to the bed, which is super comfortable! The beach is a short walk away and all the resorts restaurants and shops are practically on your doorstep. Despite this, their is not a lot of noise.

The host was amazing, always nice and eager to help, the apartment was very well maintained and equipped. When we first arrived there was cold water waiting for us in the fridge. Our overall experience was fantastic and we are grateful for the great hospitality!

Wonderful, quiet location, excellent cleaning service, spacious, well-equipped. Surrounded with olive garden.The host is very kind, full of useful information, very prompt responses to text messages. Recommend for families who want to have a relaxing holiday.

A stunning house – everything is new, stylish, and cozy. The hosts are incredibly welcoming and caring! Highly recommended! Having a car is advisable for complete comfort.

We had a wonderful rest in Olive Groove, it was perfect and everything was right - location in the center of the island, not far from the mountains and grocery stores, cleanliness, large terrace, garden. The hosts are wonderful people, always ready to help, often treated us to watermelons from their garden. We stayed for a long time, 20 days and did not want to leave.

Super nice place, clean, very well maintained with (almost) everything you might need. Owners made us feel very welcomed. Very easy to recommend.

The house was beyond our expectations. We had everything we needed from a parking spot to a dishwasher. The owner was friendly and gave us many tips about places to visit and activities to do. The accomodation allows quick acces to any point of interest since its placed in the center of the island

Beautiful new house equipped with everything you need (for kitchen, bathroom, bedrooms). There was coffee, tea, spices, olive oil, flour, sugar, welcome sweets, etc. TV with Netflix :) Quiet and peaceful place, the house is next to an olive grove. Very clean, large terraces, enough space for children to play, private parking space. Kallianna is a wonderful person, very kind and helpful.

Our experience with Themis Apartments was perfect. Situated in a beautiful location, the home was comfortable and architecturally beautiful. The host was very welcoming and replied quickly to all of our questions. The location is slightly out of the way, and therefore it is necessary to have a car/scooters to travel between the city and/or other locations around the Island, but this was ideal for our group which wanted to be remote. A great experience and I would recommend any visitor to Zakynthos to stay in Themis Apartments.

Everything was perfect - the village location, lovely view, house, which has everything what you need and nice lady, who serves the house !!! 🙂 Thank you very much for welcome set ( a bottle of olive oil, a large watermelon, three bottles of water, a bottle of juice and five beers)! 🙂
