The property is phenomenal, rooms are great, the staff is fantastic, the area immediately around the hotel is lovely. The hotel was great about arranging taxies for us whenever we asked. We enjoyed the 2 outdoor pools and the new pool and jacuzzi that is in the new building with a great gym on the 4th floor (mostly indoors, but has an open wall on one side, so you get a breeze, unobstructed view, etc. We traveled with the kids (ages 7 and 9) and my parents and had a great time. Oh, and the food was delicious!!!

Anita is an amazing host. Not only does she provide anything you would need, including toothbrush, shampoo and even moisturizer, but if you ask for anything she will happily provide it. She even took me around to a local market and more. She often shared her cooking, and was happy to let me cook for her as well. Amazing place!!

Fantastic value for money. Located it a really nice neighborhood in South Cipete/Kemang, and has several nice cafes, bars and restos in walking distance, and still close to Bloc M or other options around Kemang. The hotel itself has big rooms, good bed, nice bathroom and even a small kitchen. I ended up extending here two times.

It was an exceptional warmth, smile, polite, friendly, courteous all the staff, with our maximum interactions with front office staff. The location in the south Jakarta is great with Metro line just across the road and the biggest mall of the area is part of this hotel. The food was very exceptional. The view was good. Outdoor sitting all over was great Housekeeping is amazing They have great promotions everyday but they are gone unnoticed sometimes. Zulfikar at the pool area, Devi at the reception was very helpful

It exceed my expectation. I was satisfied to stay in suite room where the space is 58m: it has mini kitchen, fridge flat screen tv, and bathtub. The room is clean and tidy. The hotel just steps away from Citos. The staffs are very kind and are ready to give you help. I recommend this hotel for couple.
