We booked this quite quickly and almost by chance, without really knowing what to expect! But arriving there felt like stepping into a scene from Bridgerton. The house is full of history, charm, and incredible style, with beautiful details everywhere you look. It has a timeless elegance that made our stay feel really special and unforgettable. More than just accommodation, it felt like an experience. We absolutely loved it and would happily come back again.

Anna is very kind and helpful. The breakfast has best cappuccino in Italy. Good location and room space.

Beautiful location with an amazing view of the Umbrian countryside. Nice to have use of the pool, especially in the hot summer months. Choice of sweet or savoury continental style breakfast included, which made the accommodation good value. The owners were very kind, and it was clear they took good care of the properties and the grounds. In the yellow room, the memory foam mattress was extremely comfortable and the air conditioning was superb. There was also a fridge, which we weren't expecting, and this was a welcome surprise.

Very friendly staff and LOADS of lovely dogs everywhere! Breakfast was freshly cooked and wonderful. Lots of vegan choices.

We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful family-run estate. The views and the natural surroundings were simply breathtaking, and the room was spacious and well-equipped. We especially loved the pool and the great restaurant in-house. The family hosting us was super welcoming and kind, and helped arrange an e-bike rental for us as well. The location is great for hiking and visiting beautiful historical towns like Spello and Assisi (just a short drive away).

The house is very clean, and has a wonderful view of the valley. It’s located in the old city. Although the house is not huge but it has all the facilities you need eg. Well-equipped kitchen. But what we loved the most is the owners. They are extremely helpful. We had an issue with car so had to catch train which arrived late at night. The owner (Walter) drove all the way to the train station to pick us up and helped carry our luggages into the apartment. That is very kind of him. Much appreciated. Furthermore, we were interested to taste olive oil that they produce so we asked. Instead they offered a full tasting / dinner with a very reasonable price. The food is delicious and has not only their olive oil but also other local produce. Sorona speaks fluent English and very knowledgeable. We were full and content. If we come to Spello again we will definitely stay at one of their properties, nowhere else.

Sonora is absolutely sweet, available for any request and flexible, Came to meet my requests (a lot), thank you 🙏🌸 The bed is super comfortable, I slept great. Beautiful Spoleto, great for wandering, eating, drinking, shopping and relaxing in a pastoral environment, surrounded by nature - I did a couple of nature trails.

This little B&B exceeded expectations. Located some 2 kilometres out of Montefalco it is situated in a quiet, peaceful rural location. Our hosts made every effort to make us feel welcome even though they did not speak much English. Breakfast was excellent with home made cakes provided on a daily basis.

We had a great time! The room was very clean, new and modern, had everything we needed for our long weekend in Umbria. Great location to drive to local towns and vineyards.

The property located in an olive farm is charming and offers a fantastic view of the valley. The towns of Assisi, Foligno and Trevi could be seen on a good day. The apartment is very clean and offers a kitchenette to cook up a meal. If cooking is not your forte, the property is just a 5 min drive to beautiful Montefalco with its slew of top notch restaurants. The owners were very friendly and I was offered a tour of their wine making cellar. It was indeed a privilege to be able to taste the olive oil and wine that were produced in the farm. Given its location this property offers a very relaxing stay and me and my family came away well rejuvenated. Highly recommended!

The home was fully equipped for a perfect holiday. We have never come across a holiday rental with everything necessary to start and continue a holiday.

Breakfast was the highlight here. Marco was always extremely welcoming and bought local produce for breakfast every day. It was pure joy every morning. The location of the house is very convenient if one travels by car. Majority of Umbrian tourist attractions are reachable within an hour door-to-door, Montefalco area itself is great for wine lovers, with shopping mall 15 minutes away. The place was clean in general, with the exception of one gross item left in one of the drawers by the previous guest; I will not hold that against Marco. Speaking of Marco, who is the host: very friendly, always happy to give us local tips and working his best to satisfy us. As an example, when we were missing dishes in the room, he provided us some from the kitchen.

Clean, comfortable, large apartment: plenty of space.
