The premises ,the hosts and nature around the premises were absolutely amazing!! The hosts were so kind and helpful !!! The breakfast was also delicious :) Highly recommend for a relaxing stay with an amazing view. Plenty of walking and cycling routes around.

Great location and great facilities! The staff was very helpful and we loved how close we were to the woods. We rented an e-Bike on side and had a great time riding to the Taufel Burg.

We felt so welcomed by our host, like family.. Our room was incredibly comfortable and inviting. We had dinner at the restaurant and enjoyed breakfast as well. The hotel has a lift if needed, a small kitchenette in our room, an ample sized bathroom and balcony, and a little booth for eating should we have prepared our own meals. Fantastic blockout curtains and parking directly in front of the hotel was great. For those needing WiFi it was a great constant signal. There was nothing we needed for at all. Our host had already thought of everything. It was a wonderful stay, we only wished it was longer. But when we return we will absolutely stay again, it was perfect for us.

Astrid was an extremely helpful and friendly staff, she gave us every morning a good quantity of pure milk produced by their own cows. The site is very suitable and safe for kids, the premises were spotless in terms of cleanliness. A parking access card free of charge was also provided by them which allowed us to leave the car in front of the cable car. All in all we would be very happy to choose their accomodation should we any time return to Kronplatz.

A very friendly and helpful host, a new and a very well furnished unit. The location is very nice with a mountain view. A ski lift is just 2-3 minutes drive from the apartment.
