It’s the Italian dream, in the country side, among winery land next to the beach and historic landscape, with lovely people and amazing food

Friendly and professional staff. Perfect place for families with toddlers and kids, because there is much to do, there are suitable swimming pool for kids (also for adults), there are animals to visit such horses, donkey, chickens, birds and sheaps. A lot if space for a walk. And for adults there is nice spa and restaurant with good food (meat was very good).

Very clean rooms. The owners were very friendly and helpful. They bought us every evening in the room different italian dishes to try it. Everything was amazing. I definitely recommend the place!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay here! From the very first moment, we were welcomed with such genuine kindness and care. The hosts are incredibly attentive and helpful, making us feel right at home. ​The property itself is a beautiful, authentic place where you can truly feel the aura of history. It’s a rare find that perfectly preserves an ancient charm while offering modern comfort. ​But the highlight for us was the breakfast – it was simply fantastic! Everything was handmade right on the spot with so much love. The homemade cakes were of fantastic flavor and definitely the best we’ve had in Italy. If you are looking for a place with a real soul and a warm atmosphere, this is it. Highly recommended!

Only 1 word : Perfect. What a hidden gem! Lovely rooms, very clean, good beds and fridges with beverages, etc. Vincenzo is lovely and we enjoyed our chats over breakfast. Will definitely stay here again!

Fabulous apartment with dedicated parking immediately outside the door . Pristine and immaculate throughout with tastefully quality fittings . Really good lighting and a lot of thought and care taken to ensure ease of charging phones / gadgets etc both in the bedroom and the living area . Fabulous shower and a really comfortable bed. Spacious and airy . We really loved the apartment. Really helpful and responsive host who was quick to respond to messages We are already looking forward to our return visit later in the year.
