We loved the room, it was clean and comfy. It had a hotel-like feel! There were amenities and appliances as listed (there's a smart toilet!), and the free Netflix was a fun bonus for the kids! The host was also responsive and accommodating to requests.

The customer service was top tier from beginning to end. The staff was exceptional providing us with towels, clean room, guest assistance when needed. We initially booked three suites but after looking at the Palacio suite, we identified that met our needs. We’re from the states and this suite would be equivalent to what we would consider a penthouse or presidential suite. We loved the space, clean bathrooms, wraparound balcony, central cooling, & king size bed. We had 8 in our party, and the staff set up extra beds to accommodate the extra people.
