The staff was exceptional, they spoke many languages, were incredibly attentive and kind, always said hi and smiled, any issue we had they offered help immediately. I had migranes during our stay(and the pharmacy was closed) so they gave me painkillers and asked if I was better the next time they saw me. My sister eats vegan so for breakfast they showed her all the options she could eat from and got her soy frothed milk for her coffee. Very kind people.

Fantastic attitude from the hotel reception, loved the complementary wine and water in the room! Also had a beautiful romantic setting in our room arranged for our honeymoon. Breakfast selection was small, but very delicious: the pasteis de nata were one of the best we have had in Portugal!

the place was simply perfect: well located (right in city center, nearby to main attractions) clean, brand new, pleasant and super complete in terms of kitchen accessories. the bathroom big and modern with a great shower. we were welcomed with a complimentary Portuguese wine AB’s plenty of free goodies. Tomas, the manager was always so nice, always helped us with a smile. this is the best place to stay in Lisboa!

Double and 2 single beds all comfortable, 2 tvs for both rooms, microwave, easy access, hosts were great, easy to get in contact with and friendly over the phone. If you are on a budget this place is well worth booking. The location is absolutely excellent too. Right bang in the area you want to be staying in.

The Property was in a nice location and was walking distance from main attractions. You can also get Ubers very cheap if walking is an issue. Hotel was very clean and had all the essentials you would need to stay for a few nights. Staff were also helpful and friendly. Would recommend!

The staff was very friendly, polite and always smiling. The room was bigger than expected, very clean and we slept wonderfully. The location is ideal too, the metro is around the corner, the train station is about 5 minutes walk. Just around the corner is the restaurant Tagliatell which makes very good pizzas. The food court nearby is a good alternative for a cheap snack or meal.

Excellent housekeeping - the apartment was very clean and well stocked. There was lots of natural light, a great shower, a very large comfortable bed and the lift was a welcome relief at the end of a long day! The communication with the residence was also first class before, during and after our stay. The location was ideal for us and the property met all of our expectations. It's not the cheapest place you will find but we found it excellent value for money. Recommended.

Ideal space for relaxing with friends. We spent most of our time in the apartment as it was so spacious, bright and comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed and we bought our food from the mini preco opposite the front door. Decent sized balcony for a drink and quiet and peaceful outside. The facilities were very clean and modern. Nathalie our host was really welcoming and flexible so felt very reassuring knowing we could text her any questions. Great location and Bolt taxis are also so cheap.
