I love the style of the guest house, the back yard garden, the spa pool, alll the showers, and shared dining room and kitchen. it also came with complimentary breakfast from 7:30am-10:30am. How friendly the staff and fellow guest were💕

The house was a home. The host was very informative and responsive. The beds were very comfortable. The cleaning crew does an amazing job , we travel a lot and see a lot. This property was very clean and tidy. We liked that it was quiet and peaceful. The host provided a lot of items via bathroom and kitchen that most hosts do not which was an unexpected but pleasant surprise.

This was a great place to stay and exactly what we were looking for. It was blocks away from downtown restaurants and theater district. We had six adults and everyone was comfortable. The instructions to check-in were super simple and we had a great time.

If you're visiting Buffalo, you MUST stay at Buffalo Harmony House. Holly and Dan are friendly, gracious and helpful hosts, and their B & B is both elegant and comfortable, filled with period furniture, great mattresses, and private bathrooms. The 3 course breakfasts are over-the-top fantastic! The location is excellent for exploring Buffalo, and street parking is easy to find. If I could rate it a 20, I would!

my stay at the Delavan was wonderful... from the moment I was greeted by Sonny at reception... to check out with Joanne... everyone was very kind, professional... Tom even assisted me with my morning tea... the room was spacious and very clean... the pillows were fabulous... the walk-in shower was appreciated... no safety concerns with the location of the Delavan... the parking area was well lighted...

    We booked the Kennedy Suite which is 900 sq feet with a super king bed. it was spotlessly clean, spacious with a great walk in shower and roll top bath. it’s in a great location with bars, restaurants and shops a short walk away.

    The Edward is a wonderful hotel - I stayed there during a recent business trip and was delighted with every aspect of my stay. The hotel is stylish and beautifully designed; the rooms are well-appointed and very comfortable; the location is ideal; and the atmosphere of the hotel is peaceful and cozy. The hotel has a self check-in system that is secure, safe, and easy to navigate. And, the owner - Erin - was so helpful and accommodating during my stay. I recommend The Edward unreservedly - it is a lovely place to stay!
