Hotel & restaurant Staffs are super friendly. if we are staying again in Minneapolis, I will still be considering Hilton. I like the way that we can order and bring our food to our room. They are Pet friendly. It’s a nice place to stay esp for our dog cause he walked all over the area.

This location was 5 minutes away from our destination which made travel very easy. Our room was extremely quiet with plenty of space for two of us. The shower was very comfortable. Parking was not a problem. We liked the variety of the breakfasts.

It's the second time I book this hotel, primarily for the location very close to the company where I work during my stay. But overall, I know what I get: friendly staff, quick check-in, super clean bathrooms/shower (very important to me), the ability to tune A/C or heating to my personal comfort temperature in the room (spacious, clean and comfortable) and a very decent breakfast buffet. The free WiFi works also spotless even with a VPN to my company servers to retrieve documents (I had not always the same quality in other hotels). As I work quite long shifts I don't use much of the other equipements such as pool or gym. Thanks to the desk for helping me out quickly with the tools needed to open my defect luggage lock.
