Friendly, extremely helpful staff!! Every single employee I came across was so sweet and professional! Lovely clean room. The pool was clean and the perfect temperature 😆 even the bathroom by the pool was clean and that's sometimes unusual. Breakfast was delicious 😁👍🙌💯

Having grew up and worked in the hotel/restaurant business, in this city many years ago, (Holiday Inn/Maxwells Restaurant), I always recognize excellent customer service. From everyone at the front desk, over to Mable the breakfast area attendant, you'll not find better service in Ruston, La.

The approach to the house is great; nice neighborhood and easy to locate. Once there I was greeted by Ms. Johnny, the lady who owns the house, after that she was nice to give us a brief tour of the house. Every room was clean and well designed with an old fashioned air about the place. There are plenty of pictures of her and family in every room showing her long history. The facilities on the property were well stocked. The bed was fantastic with fresh sheets that are layered well and semi firm mattress that is comfortable and provides maneuverability. There are two TVs, both with streaming services, that are located in the living room and bedroom. My partner and I were given privacy with our host only a phone call and short trip away.
