Sid impressed us with his professionalism and prompt service — truly a gem of the team. And special mention to Morine, whose friendly demeanor and helpful recommendations added a personal touch that made our experience unforgettable. The hotel itself is stunning — with breathtaking views, elegant design, and luxurious amenities.
