Great space! Mattress is comfortable, AC works, and the water jug was a welcome surprise. Shane the owner is extremely hospitable. He gave us a demonstration on how to open coconuts (and let us eat them!) The major highlight was free usage of the bikes, and the proximity to everything on the island can’t be beat. Truly a gem of an accommodation.

Our host provided such a great stay! The room was BEAUTIFUL with such nice decor; it felt so homey. There was a binder filled with pages of restaurants, sightseeing, and activities. Belize City isn’t the main spot for your Belize trip so we only stayed for one night before our flight home, but our host provided us with so much to do. Also bikes to rent at the property. Such a nice stay.

This was a great little place to stay. The room was very clean and beds were comfortable. There was a kettle,fridge and water provided and a binder with great food recommendations! The host was very friendly and accommodating. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting caye caulker!

Everyone was super welcoming and friendly. The staff helped me arrange a surprise cake and balloons for my mother’s birthday and also helped us book a great snorkelling tour. Bars and restaurants just next door , but NOT noisy or intrusive. Everythings is easy walking distance, plenty of supermarkets nearby ( 2 mins walk). The villa was really spacious, very well stocked with kitchen items for making cocktails or cooking if you wanted a night in or breakfast. Bedrooms really large and beds really comfortable, shower was good. Pool was lovely and private but still open to the beach scene. Rooftop spa and BBQ was a real bonus, it was lovely up there. Staff were very attentive, no issues at all.

Enjoyed a swim in the pool, a swing in the hammocks, and our first cup of tea in a few days! Oh, and very clean room. Highly recommend!
