The location was excellent, right in the Lugano area, and there was a supermarket close by. The apartment was extremely clean, and what I loved the most is that the hosts provided clear instructions for everything — all the appliances and facilities were easy to use thanks to their guidance. The apartment has a lovely balcony, a fully equipped kitchen with all the tools you might need, a comfortable living room, two bedrooms, and a bathroom. Cleaning supplies were also available, which was very convenient. There was also a parking space, which made everything even easier. I would like to express my sincere thanks to Ana and Andrea for their constant communication and support from before receiving the keys all the way until returning them. Their kindness and hospitality made the stay even more enjoyable. I will definitely return in the future, and I highly recommend this apartment to everyone.

I have no negative things to say about the apartment. Everything was perfect from the apartment itself to the view of the lake and the location that was 3 walking minutes away from the train station and about 15 walking minutes to the center of Lugano. Free parking was available. Every small and big details were thought of and provided for us. I’ll certainly come back again.
