Hostal América is a brand new Mediterranean-style building, located in Puerto Natales and run by its owners. The property also offer free Wi-Fi throughout the property. Everyone was super lovely and helpful. The breakfast was great! Location is also amazing, only a few minutes away from the bus station. The rooms were clean, silent/quiet and everywhere was warmed! 100% recommended!! Nothing not to like, it is exactly what is advertised!

Practical rooms with free Wi-Fi are offered only a 10-minute walk from the seaside in Puerto Natales. The bus station is 600 metres away and there is a spacious shared kitchen area. We chose a place in the area where we were walking, a comfortable room. Maintained by the owner. The room met all expectations, a beautiful, quiet place, we enjoyed breakfasts, everything was as promised.

Offering Bed & Breakfast and Full-board, Hotel Río Serrano + Spa is in Torres del Paine. There is an on-site restaurant and a garden overlooking the Paine Massif. A buffet breakfast is served daily. All was perfect! Want to return once again!

Had an absolutely wonderful stay at Hostel Patagonia Backpackers! Nico and all the volunteers were incredibly attentive and welcoming, always happy to chat and advise on places to hike/eat/relax not only in Torres Del Paine, but around Patagonia in general. Other guests staying at the hostel were fun and friendly too, as the atmosphere in general is quite social. The kitchen has a lot of amenities and is comfortable for cooking, bathroom and common areas were super clean. The rooms are not huge, but very comfortable for sleeping. Would recommend bringing ear plugs, but I think that’s a general advice for any hostel experience. There is free multi-day storage available if you want to leave your bags for the trek and come back later. The place is very conveniently located, a brisk 3 min walk to the bus station, and 10-15 mins to town. For this price especially, could not have asked for a better experience! If I am ever in Chilean Patagonia, I’ll most definitely be back . Thank you very much for everything Nico and the team!!

The Rufus team was welcoming and accommodating, they opened breakfast early so we could catch an early bus before the W trek. space is comfortable and clean. we came back after the trek. They can store your luggage for a small fee.

When arrived room was cosy and nicely warmed up. The bed is very comfy. Kitchen well equipped so you can make a simple dish. Amenities fully stocked up. Room and bathroom clean.

My room had a private bathroom and was super quiet, clean and comfortable. I loved the use of a communal lounge with tea and coffee making facilities and use of a fridge.
