The Hotel was clean and comfortable. Staff were all friendly and attentive. Cannot fault the hotel in any way. The breakfast buffet offered a wide choice of dishes and eggs could be cooked to choice . The restaurant served a varied menu . Room (standard seaview) was clean with a large bathroom and walk in shower. Bed was comfortable. If you have a car there is a large area to park on adjacent to the hotel. There are a few restaurants, Coffee shops and supermarkets a short walk from the hotel on the main road. Bus stop for trips to Larnaca is close by.

Located in the heart of Larnaka city, The Rise Urban Art Hotel is a 5-minute walk from the famous Phoinikoudes Beach. Very accommodating staff, exceptional breakfast and a very comfortable room. The private parking was a great convenience considering the central location of the property.
