The hotel is just at the side of the Chiemsee lake, the view, the location, the park are fantastic. You get this feeling of a classy hotel in magnificent surroundings. It has a private swimming house on a pierce, where you can change and just enjoy the lake. Breakfast -esthetic and meeting every expectation. We were sad to leave, will definitely stay there again. Comfy beds, soundproof walls, very welcoming staff.

Quiet location, but close to all the activities. Easy drive to Garmisch, Neuschwanstein, and Oberammergau. Very friendly staff! On our first night, we were welcomed with complimentary slices of homemade cake delivered to our room. Large breakfast buffet with lots of choices of meats, cheese, veg, fruit, pastries, pretzels, and eggs.

I like Bad Reichenhall, It is a very cozy and picturesque place. Even if there weren't so many tourists oriented points around, I'd be getting pleasure just walking through this town. I like the Avalon hotel: its kind stuff, its cozy cafe on the ground floor, its warm atmosphere, and many, many other small things that leave a very pleasant impression. I'd especially express my thanks for disconnecting the rain detector from the marquis management system. This year, I had a chance to have a cigarette looking at the beautiful mountain view sitting on the balcony while it was raining..

A cozy hotel, just like the town itself, which we came to visit on the recommendation of our relatives. The service was top-notch – we received a local map, advice on where to go, and a warm welcome. It is a very modern, comfortable and very clean apartment. Very easy self check in and check out with the key codes, The location is amazing, just a short walk to all main attractions, restaurants, christmas markets. So the whole experience was great for us :)
