SwitzerlandI used to leave the room at 12pm sometimes and whenever I came back the room was always cleaned! Theres also a lot of space, you get a small living room, bathroom and bedroom. The air conditioner also made the stay so much better.

Apartment new, very clean, fully equipped, spacious, with a balcony overlooking the sea, air conditioning in every room. Owners very nice and helpful.😊
The apartment is located in a beautiful location, between the mountains and the sea, super views of the area. To the beach about 7 minutes walk, beautiful beach in the area and super restaurants nearby. The town very quiet and atmospheric ideal for a summer holiday. Close to Split and Trogir where you can reach by public transport, the stop near the apartment. I highly recommend to everyone.

I and my friends had an excellent stay at Butkobić Apartments on Hvar. The lady was exeptionally friendly. The location is ideal, close to the beach and town center

We ended up arriving late due to a delayed flight but thankfully the hosts were very accommodating and easy to contact to make arrangements.
The apartment itself was beautiful and had everything you could possibly need. It was spotlessly clean and finished to a very high standard exactly as in the photos.
Location was ideal as it very close to supermarkets and clean pebble beaches only a few minutes walk away and just 20mins by car/bus into the city of Split. We really enjoyed our stay here and will be recommending to anyone

The modern apartment was spotless clean and neatly arranged, equipped with absolutely everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The host was extremely helpful, responsive and provided clear check-in instructions. This made our arrival and stay incredibly smooth and stress-free. The location is ideal. It's away from the really busy streets, ensuring a peaceful environment, yet it's still close to the Old Town.

Everything was perfect! The location near a supermarket, a beach and nice 20 min stroll to town, very very clean modern facilities, wonderful host who very quickly responded to repairing the shower head that fell and broke, and booked a cheaper taxi for us to take us to the port when we needed to leave.

We really enjoyed this gem. It was very clean and very well stocked with items in the kitchen for anyone staying long term. The underground, private parking was key for us since I had read parking can be hard to find during busy season. The location was ideal, just 1 block from the beach and restaurants. We had a nice 15-20 minute stroll into town for dinner in the evening. The host met us on-site for the keys for an easy check-in. I'd recommend this place for a short or longer stay.

Nivis the host was so lovely and hard working. The always availablshared bathrooms were kept spotless at all times with generous supplies (shampoo, nail polish, toothpaste, creams..). We loved the location, a few minutes from the palace yet with local affordable cafe and bakery around the corner. Easy to ride our motorcycle and park directly opposite. Incredible value for the level of accomodation supplied.
