Although there was no phone to call down to front desk, we were able to contact the staff via Whatsapp and they always responded promptly. The hotel was also very generous with their offerings- all the items in the mini bar (including coke and chocolate bars) were FOC, and there is a very clean public shower and toilet that you could use even after you have checked out! Great for those who would like to freshen up before leaving for the airport
