First of all...very much cooperative...they allowed us early check in without any extra charges...room was clean and well equipped ...staff was polite..they even suggested what to visit at what time.. They basically helped in every way they could..and property is also well managed And the location is just perfect. I will definitely be booking this place whenever I visit rishikesh again.

A special mention to Kami, who was honestly a highlight of our stay. She has this amazing artistic spirit—she showed us her artwork, shared stories, and brought a spark of creativity into the space that made the whole experience even richer. Her presence adds a unique charm to Urban Loft, and anyone who meets her will understand what I mean. Lovely homestay within easy walking distance of shops, cafes and the river. The mountain road just behind was nice for exercising. The room was clean and the bed very comfy. The host was so kind and friendly. Great stay!

Very good hotel in Bhimtal. The location is quiet and near nature. room was neat and comfortable. The food was fresh and delicious. Staff helped us with everything we needed.

Mr. Bharat and Ms. Sonali were more than kind to help us with special arrangement for our 4 year old daughter. The GM Mr. Mark came out to personally help us and provided us with the best room possible so that we did not had to walk a lot with our baby and her stroller.

The daily yoga practice was a great way to start the day and the constant sound of running water in the nearby waterfalls very relaxing.
