Now my second time and my go for place to stay on this beautiful island. i enjoy the tatami room, but also there is one room with a western bed. a kitchen with everything what is needed to prepare food and tea / coffee. I hope you enjoy this place like I do.

Smeštajni objekat Sheraton Kagoshima ima fitnes centar, vrt, terasu i bar u gradu Kagošima. The room was amazing and super comfy we got the last room on the floor which I love personally. The onsen was great my friend ate breakfast and was impressed with the service, we were in Kagoshima since our flights were canceled due to bad weather so this was a break on our long holiday and it was perfect the gym was being serviced so we could only use it in the morning but the onsen was great only thing to remember is you cannot get anything to eat at the hotel post 9pm if you are flying in late. The concierge was super helpful in planning our trip out.

Very peaceful surroundings with a foot bath right out side our room. A very clean, spacious and traditional Japanese style room. The futons were nice and thick, making for a very comfortable sleep. Our host was very friendly and gave us a great recommendation for dinner.

We loved watching the sunrise and the view of Sakura jima from the sitting room. So much love and artistic attention to detail has gone into this place. Coffee, tea, and cocoa are available and we received home-made muffins each morning. You could spend all day here and on the beach outside. Be sure to go to the cafe on the first floor which is run by the same organization and is also very artsy and bohemian.

All facility is so clean and organized. Shared space is spacious and have portable kitchen. For my kids, there are a lot of mangas and my kids read them during spared time. Staff is so kind and friendly as well. I will be back!

The hospitality was impeccable. The host was always available for everything. Probably witnessed the peak of Japanese culture (with people being helpful in every way possible) here. The host (without even us asking him for anything) found that our shoes were wet after a trek put them for drying (on a drying machine) only for us to find the shoes all dried up the next day. Unbelievable. The location is walkable from the port and has house had everything you’d need. The kitchen and the shower was equipped with everything that you’d need during your stay. The house was small but very clean. Would highly recommend.

One of my best hotel stays ever! The hotel staff is extremely friendly, helpful and trying to accommodate English communication. The rooms are amazing and exactly as shown on the images; beautiful design, clean and offering the necessary amenities. The views are breathtaking!
